How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service for recurring orders?
Yes! You can sign up for a Gregular subscription on any product page to receive your favorite blends automatically every 1, 2, or 4 weeks and save on every order.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on building direct relationships with farmers and sourcing specialty-grade beans that meet high standards for both environmental sustainability and fair labor practices.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We move quickly to get your coffee roasted and shipped. You can change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.
Do you provide tracking information for shipments?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your coffee's journey to your doorstep.
