At Gregorys Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee beans or perishable food items.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer experience team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that equipment and merchandise are in resalable condition.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
